The pure desire to somehow serve the people of Samoa and to do something good for Samoa were the two main factors Falemalu Failo Crichton left Ray White Takanini and the booming property market in South Auckland New Zealand to establish his business in Samoa in 2017.

It wasn’t until February 2018 when Failo first set up his Real Estate business trading as Ray White Samoa. Unfortunately, by January 2019 anti-money regulations came into effect and as a result required all Vendors to have proper street addresses. This created a huge problem as Samoa did not have proper street addresses and consequently, Failo had to set up his own business without the support of Ray White New Zealand.

Failo has been instrumental in building and creating an overseas-like Real Estate business in Samoa and also creating a vibrant and bright office environment with great focus on customer service, providing property solutions to all customer need, team personal growth, fulfillment and success.

Real Estate Samoa is the newest kid on the block so to speak, however, we are arguably the most professional real estate office in Samoa and we have the Biggest Sales Team in Samoa.
