Faumuina Margaret Polly Godinet-Crichton is a Joint Director with her husband Falemalu Failo Crichton for Real Estate Samoa firstly established in February 2018.  Due to her contractual position with Government of Samoa she had to resign from her Directorship role but was still involved as an Assistant to her husband and Director Falemalu Failo Crichton since.  In pursuit of her role for Real Estate Samoa, she now works full-time and has again taken up her Director/Office Manager role since March 2022.

Faumuina, has a very professional attitude and willingness to help local and overseas Samoans to invest in freehold properties in Samoa.  She also has an extensive accounting and investment knowledge and background therefore she would have great and valuable investment advice when it comes to investing in properties in Samoa, whether it be residential, commercial or industrial.     

Previous Work:

Margaret formerly worked for two full terms of contracts (6 years) for the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) since August 2015 to November 2021 as an Assistant Chief Executive Officer Corporate Services looking after Accounts, Administration, Human Resources, Assets and Records Sections for the Ministry.  She has vast experiences in all different sections for 6 years in her Managerial Roles and has been Acting Chief Executive Officer 12 times during the absence of the Chief Executive Officer whilst working for the Ministry (MCIT).

Margaret is also a former Employee for Samoa International Finance Authority (SIFA) as a Senior Accounts and Compliance Officer for almost 4 years from 2008 to 2011 then went back and worked in UK as an Investment Assistant Finance Manager for one of the largest Investment Companies called Brewin Dolphin in Leicester with its Headquarters in London, UK.
