Nathaniel Fau joined Real Estate Samoa early February 2026 and is our latest addition to our friendly and successful team, he joins our team as one of our Associate Salesperson, working across Upolu and assisting with all residential properties.  

Nathaniel brings a strong technical background from his work in Samoa’s infrastructure sector, where he spent several years involved in water and plumbing projects across both Upolu and Savai‘i. Through this work, he developed a practical understanding of land use, property infrastructure, and the importance of reliable systems in residential and commercial environments.

Having worked closely with local communities and teams on real-world projects, Nathaniel approaches real estate with a structured, problem-solving mindset and a focus on clear communication.
